When you start thinking about losing weight, the first thing that you wanna do is to "lose weight in a matter of few weeks!”. Not all articles that you see on magazine and other websites work. You may also be thinking about those weight loss pills that say to be safe and lets you eat everything you want while loosing the extra pounds. If you believe on those kind of things, then think about it again!
Loosing weight is simple, the rule is “burn calories more than you consume”. How can you do this? First, calculate your calorie intake in a day. Then weigh yourself. The next day, eat 500 calories LESS then you normally take.
One thing about most websites and fitness guru advice that I believe on is to eat more than 3 times a day in small meals instead of eating 3 big meals per day. This will help speed up your metabolism. There are also several weight management programs like medifast diet that will help you do this.
Cardio is crucial in losing those extra pounds. The minutes you spend doing cardio depending on how much you wanna loose. Three times a week is good enough to start with. By the end of the week, weigh yourself. Notice how fast your weight will drop! Do not expect to drop more than 3 pounds a week because it’s unhealthy. The safest way of loosing weight is only around 1-2 pounds. Do this within a month and you’ll be surprised!
